~All home décor, accessories, and jewelry are final sale. These items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

~Clothing items may be exchanged only. We do not offer refunds on clothing purchases. Exchanges are subject to item availability and must be for an item of equal or greater value. Any price difference will be the responsibility of the customer.

~To be eligible for an exchange, clothing items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• Free of odors, stains, or damage

• With original tags attached

 

~Exchanges must be requested within 10 days of delivery. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

 

~Threaded Three Boutique reserves the right to deny exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
